Sati Technology started as a consultancy — one engineer, a lot of AWS, and a simple promise to ship work that holds up. That part hasn't changed. What changed is that I stopped only advising and started architecting platforms that other people build on.
So I'm making it official: Sati Technology is a studio. I build software and AI on AWS — that's the main work — and I'm the founding architect of Zentrr. When a project needs more, I can take it past software too.
From consultancy to studio
For the better part of a year I've been architecting Zentrr — a platform of pre-trained AI Specialists that know your industry, work on the channels your team already uses, and ask for sign-off before they act. I designed the platform and built the software factory that ships it; a team builds it today. It runs in production on AWS Bedrock, multi-tenant.
Architecting a real product changes how you think. You stop selling hours and start standing behind something that has to work every day, for people who didn't read the docs — and that has to keep working once other hands are building on it. That bar is the whole point.
The thesis: accountable AI
The hard part of AI in real work was never the model. It's trust — knowing where an answer came from, who approved it, and what happens when it's wrong.
So I build the other way around. Every Specialist cites its sources. Every consequential action waits for a human signature. Every step is logged. The AI does the drafting; a person stays accountable for the call.
They draft; you sign. That one line is the difference between a demo and something you can put in front of a customer, a patient, or an auditor.
Mostly software, with range
Day to day, I build software — apps, APIs, AI features, and the infrastructure under them on AWS. That's the core. But a studio of one with the right tools can reach past software when a problem demands it: connected hardware and IoT, or scientific computing. One person, the whole stack, from the device to the cloud.
