Privacy Policy

Sati Technology, Inc. (“Sati Technology,” “I,” or “me”) is a one-person studio run by Justin Pursati on Florida’s Space Coast. This policy explains what information this website (satitechnology.com) collects, how I use it, and the choices you have. It covers this marketing site only — the Zentrr product has its own terms and privacy policy.

Information I collect

  • Usage & analytics. With your consent, I use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited and how the site performs. I also use Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and reports only aggregated, anonymized traffic. Analytics that use cookies stay off until you accept them in the cookie banner.
  • Information you provide. If you email me or book a call, I receive whatever you choose to send — your name, email address, and the details of your inquiry. Calls are scheduled through Calendly, which collects the information you enter to book.
  • Technical data. Like any website, my host (Vercel) processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to serve the site securely.

I do not run user accounts, take payments, or knowingly collect sensitive personal information on this site.

How I use information

  • To respond to your inquiry and schedule or carry out work you ask me to do.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • To keep the site secure and operating reliably.

I do not sell your personal information, and I don’t use it for advertising.

Your choices and rights

  • Analytics consent. Accept or decline analytics cookies in the banner, and change your choice anytime via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
  • Access, correction, deletion. Email me to ask what I hold about you, or to correct or delete it.

Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights over your personal data. Email me and I’ll honor them.

Data retention

I keep inquiry emails and booking details for as long as needed to do the work and keep reasonable business records, then delete them. Analytics data is retained per the providers’ standard settings.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and hosted on reputable infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children

This site is for a general business audience and isn’t directed to children, and I don’t knowingly collect information from them.

International visitors

I’m based in the United States, and the site is hosted there and on global edge infrastructure. If you visit from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the U.S.

Changes

I’ll update this policy as the site changes and revise the date above when I do.
